工作描述：
- Set up measuring point and CMM program according to the work schedule, make sure the output meet customer requirements.
- Inspection gauge and fixture development
- Set up measurement equipment and instruments calibration plan. And organize external and internal calibration according to the plan
- Laboratory 5S management，Measurement equipment Daily routine maintenance.
- Annual MSA plan and implemented of measurement equipment/gauge
- Read and understand drawing, instruction measurement requirement;
- Communication with Zollner internal, Customer and supplier lab to make sure the inspection method is the same
- Review the test reports which prepared by test assistant;
- Implement new measurement equipment and new method
- Coordinate supplier for measurement equipment’s repair and maintenance;
- Gauge Management and MSA according the Yearly plan;
- Provide measurement training to measurement assistant.

- Bachelor degree or technical school in mechanical;
- Familiar with mechanical drawings, and measurement methods;
- Experience in the handling of measurement equipment’s (e.g. CMM, projector, calipers,strain gage tester, etc) ;
- Work experience with the Carl Zeiss touch probe or Mitotuyo equipment will be plus;
- Knowledge of quality control method (e.g.: MSA, SPC etc.);
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Fluent English, both oral and written,can speak Germany will be plus.
