Key Tasks 1.Deploy continuous improvement Lean manufacturing tools in whole plant. 2.Conduct the VSM, review process, identify CI opportunity 3.Lead continuous improvement and employee involvement throughout the plant 4.Implemet visual management system in plant 5.Set up and improve standard working hours for all operations 6.Manufacturing cycle time improvement 7.Improve working method/process to reduce production cost and improve efficiency 8.Improve equipment maintenance system to reduce machine breakdown time and increase machine utilization 9.Implement TPM in whole plant 10.Tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements: 1.Familiar with production management process of manufacturing industry.熟悉制造业生产管理流程。
2.Working Experience 5 years in same function/area 5年以上制造业工艺工程师工作经验。
3.Bachelor degree or above,Science and engineering ,mechancial or industrial engineering major.本科以上学历，理工科，机械或工业工程专业
4.AutoCAD,Good communication skill. AutoCAD,良好的沟通技巧
5.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
