BROAD FUNCTION
- To assist Head of Purchasing for daily routine works
- To assist Procurement team for all documents and administration related responsibilities and achieve department goals
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for all price and new supplier related update and maintenance in SAP.
- Be responsible for all REHAU Purchasing RRP related documents (such as Purchasing Agreement, Confidential Agreement, TDS, etc.) collection, filing, recording as well as update in REHAU system (e.g. Spider, etc.)
- Support for all Sourcing and Purchasing information update and maintenance, e.g. AVL, Potential supplier contact information and company profile.
- Undertake different level of meeting related arrangement, e.g. meeting room reservation, draft meeting minutes; prepare discussion paper or PPT file, etc.
- Be a key user of SAP from Procurement team to work with IT for all purchasing related SAP data and analysis report.
- Responsible for AP as well as other level of procurement reports update consolidation and submission.
- Other administrative work as assigned, e.g. department stationeries ordering, data collection, visa application, meeting coordination, different arrangement for visitors, etc.
- Comply with all REHAU Purchasing RRP related Principle and Policy.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.

- EXPERIENCE
1.More than 3 years purchasing experience in an industry company.
2.Familiar with ERP system, especially for SAP.
3.Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction and result oriented.
· SKILLS
1.Good communication skills. Be very organized, responsible and proactive.
2.Good computer knowledge and skill.
3.Good English in reading and writing.
4.Familiar with SAP system.
