Day to Day Responsibilities:

                Sales order execution and follow up,
Prepare quotation and order confirmation for OEM customers
Work close with internal teams for order fulfillment
Monthly Sales summary report, and forecast to planning department
Maintenance of Infor system
        a) Input information of new customers and items
        b) Input new orders for other salesmen

    Deal with customer inquires regarding delivery, pricing, product and inventory.
    Coordinate with internal parties to improve on time delivery performance.
    Handle customer’s complaint.
    Documentation for customers and basic materials translation if required
    Other duties assigned by the organization.

Education & Experience:
        Bachelor degree or above
        Major in Business Administration, English or others.
        2+ year customer service related experience, high commercial sense.
