Main responsibilities:
1.Leading interface between FTE and supplier
    引导FTE与供应商之间的交流
2.Efficient communication flow between vendor, project team and HQ
    促进供应商、项目团队以及总部间高效沟通
3.Planning resources and work items
    规划资源及工作任务
4.Assist in calculating total manufacturing cost and decision-making concerning cost effectiveness of projects, incl. proposing modifications.
    协助项目的成本计算及确定包括制定合理有效项目方案，包括方案修订；
5.Project controlling on production equipment and accessories
    调控项目的生产设备及配件
6.Determine, assess and select local manufacturers of special machines (production equipment) and prepare them technically until order can be placed; assist in commercial placement of order.
    确定、评估并选择本地的生产设备供应商，并在订单完成前提供技术规程指导，同时协助处理订单确定方面事宜；
7.Plan, correct and optimize all steps until release of initial series production
    计划、纠正并优化所有的工序直至量产；
8.Prepare series production technically, commercially and logisticly; attend start-up management.
    准备量产所需要的技术、商务和物流事宜；参与启动阶段的管理；
9.Analyze and optimize existing assembly procedures in coordination with lead center.
    与总部进行协调，分析并优化当前的装配过程
10.Operate and optimize FTE systems and methods such as PDM, SAP, MTM, Q audit, CAD, PFMEA
    优化FTE系统，例如PDM，SAP，MTM，质量，CAD，PFMEA

Requirements:
1.Relevant engineering university degree
    本科以上学历，工程相关专业
2.3 years experiences in similar position
    3年以上相关岗位工作经验
3.Ability to cooperate internally and externally with project team members, suppliers and HQ
    与项目团队成员、供应商及总部间良好的内外部合作能力
4.Highly motivated, creative team player .
    良好的积极性、创造力
5.Good command of the English language
    英语熟练
6.CAD skills, like Autosketch etc.
    有CAD技能，如Autosketch等
7.Willingness to travel
    愿意配合出差
8.Negotiation skills
    有谈判技巧
9.Quality and ESH requirements knowledge
    熟悉质量及ESH相关知识
