工作描述:
1. Receive customer’s demands, both internal and external, for spare parts and other after sales products via email; hotline and other communication channels.
2. Create quotations and sales orders in SAP system after confirm relevant info with customers.
3. Get parts from both internal and external suppliers when ordered parts are not available in local stock via purchasing or material transferring. Create purchase orders in SAP accordingly.
4. Follow up the lead time of both sales orders and purchase orders created. Keep customers updated with lead time info. Communicate with suppliers and cooperate with spare parts logistics department to ensure a good delivery time.
5. Bill orders on time monthly and follow up with due payments.
6. Increase customer satisfaction by good communication with customers and dealing with complaints properly.
7. Other tasks assigned by immediate manager

1. Academic Background: Bachelor or associate bachelor degree with university or college education 大学本科或专科

3. Working experience: with 0~3 years' working experiences; 0-3年相关工作经验
4. Knowledge and skills: international & domestic trade; logistics; customer service; EXCLE & SAP knowledge 国际国内贸易知识;物流管理知识;客户服务技能;EXCLE 和SAP系统相关知识
5. Language: Good English: speaking, reading and writing, English test CET 4/6
良好的英语能力:包括听说读写,英语4/6级水平
