工作描述:
1.与供应商确认生产缺料及交付情况;
Confirm with suppliers about delivery plans and production material shortage.
2.与生产沟通协调,以避免任何情况的材料短缺,确保生产的顺利进行;
Communicate and coordinate with Production department to avoid any material or components’ shortages enabling smooth production.
3.根据生产计划制定交货计划,并及时更新;
Make a manual delivery schedule according to the production plan, and update timely.
4.根据质量部退货明细安排不良品退货;
Arrange the return of unqualified goods according to the return schedule of Quality department.
5.参与定期盘点;
Periodic inventory
6.减少存货周转并执行定期盘点;
Decrease inventory turnover and perform periodic inventory checks.
7.评价供应商绩效并及时汇报给管理层;
Evaluate supplier performance and timely report to management.
任职要求:
1.熟悉采购实务和程序;
Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.
2.熟悉材料,产品和商品市场;
Knowledge of materials, products and the commodity market.
