职责描述 Main responsibilities:
1.根据生产需求计划进行物料的采购供应；
Daily procurement for BOM material
2.与计划、质量、生产等部门的沟通配合完成物料供应任务；
Communicate with planning, quality and production for material procurement.
3.协助供应商不断改善产品制造及质量控制、检验等流程；
Coordinate with suppliers for material related issues
4.管理部门相关文件和流程；
Managing procurement documents and processes with related functions.
5.从内部和外部持续优化采购流程；
Improve the procurement process internally and externally
6.向供应商开发部提供供应商准时交货和服务质量报告 ；
Provide supplier on time delivery report and service assessment for sourcing team
7.完成上级主管安排的其他工作；
Other responsibilities from the management.

教育背景 Education:
本科或以上学历；理工科背景；熟练的英文读写能力
Bachelor degree or above; Bio-science and related disciplines; Fluent both in oral and written English
相关经验要求 Required work experience related to position:
至少3-5年的外资企业采购或供应商开发岗位工作经验；有SAP软件使用经验；良好的沟通能力
MNC Procurement or Sourcing function more than 3-5 years ; SAP experience; Excellent communication skills
特殊要求 Special requirements
有体外诊断行业研发、生产或者质量管理等相关经验
IVD R&D, manufacturing or Quality mgt related background is preferred
