Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Familiar with EHS culture include safety and clean environment.
• Accomplishes employees results by good communication and assign responsibilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistic with business system or process such as customer sales, order management, accounting and shipping.
• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determinethe most cost effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies.
• Appraising job results include coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
• Initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, company rules and procedures.
• Implement training plan for direct labors and leaders. Develop human resources .
• Plan and implement material flow management system to meet cutomer requirement.
• Coodinate with cross functional departments to fullfill customers requirement.
• Implement customer requirement like internal reporting or transportation metrix.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistic, import, export or customer issue.
• Establish and monitor specific supply chain based performance measurement systems.
• Promote team work spirit and continuous improvement conception.
• Resolve personnel problems by analyzing, investigation and solution providing.
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency, transportation rates, service
