MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. 根据业务发展需求,汇总岗位需求和人员需求数目,制定并执行招聘计划;
2. 结合岗位情况,有效分析、开发以及运用招聘渠道;
3. 搜索简历,对简历进行分类、筛选,与用人部门确认面试名单,组织面试;
4. 招聘活动的实施、协调以及跟进工作;
5. 办理新员工入、离职手续;
6. 协助拟定并实施培训计划;
7. 完成主管安排的其他工作任务。
1. Implement recruitment plan according to business development, by summarize job requirements
2. Combined with the position, can analyse, develop and use the recruitment channels;
3. Search, classify and filter the resume, confirm the interview list with the department ,and organize the interview;
4. Implement, coordinate and follow up the recruitment activities;
5. Handle new employee entry and exit procedures;
6. Assist to make and carry out the training planning;
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. 本科学历以上
2. 具有3年以上人事招聘工作经验
3. 熟悉招聘工作流程,熟练运用各种招聘工具和渠道,熟悉国家劳动人事政策、地方法律法规
4. 熟练使用各种办公软件,良好的英语听说读写能力, CET-4以上
5. 具备良好的执行力、沟通能力、抗压性、团队合作精神
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 3 years recruitment experience;
3. Be familiar with the recruitment process, be skilled at various of recruitment tools and channels, familiar with the labor policies, local laws and regulations;
4. Be familiar with office software, good English skill, CET-4 above;
5. Good execution, communication and team work spirit, can handle stress.
