1.The Lean Manager will work actively with manufacturing plants at early stages of their lean journey,in conjunction with regional General Managers, a group of 3 Lean Champions in the business who focus on individual sites, business managers,operational staff and managers;
2.Providing guidance,technical support,coaching and mentoring in order to successfully implement Lean principles;
3.The Lean Manager will be responsible for strategy development and implementation but will also be highly "hands-on" and visible to all stakeholders-from the shop floor to the senior managers in the business;
4.Overall strategy has been agreed and is managed by the China CEO,together with the CEO of Asia Pacific and an Asia Pacific Lean Executive.

1.Bachelor degree;
2.More than 10 years relevant working experience;
3.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
4.Good understanding of factory practices;
5.Strong analytical,mathematical and creative problem-solving skills;
6.Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
7.People oriented,excellent presentation and interpersonal skills;
8.Able to travel 50% of the time;
9.Proficient in both English and Chinese.
