工作描述:
Main tasks of the position:
Responsible for customer-related services through the entire inquiry / order process, such as pricing, customer order, order follow up, delivery, invoicing, shipping documents, complaints etc. to meet customers’ satisfaction.
1.Customer RFQ receiving from global sales team for both internal and external enquiries; manage the quotation process with each department to ensure the on-time quotation after internal review and approval.
2.Follow up with the customer orders and perform orders’ review with each department for production preparation, material purchasing, quality control, packing and shipping conformity; confirm the orders with customer within the required lead time.
3.Collect the customer orders’ data and maintain the sales order in SAP system accurately, ensure the system process smoothly with physical working flow.
4.Communicate with team for orders daily tracking, ensure on time delivery and confirm the shipment date change, technical, commercial and other issue with customers promptly.
5.Handle with customer’s complaint per company’s procedure and service standard.
6.Coordinate the reporting for customer activities between plant, sales manager worldwide and FPR central and provides administrative assistance to Sales Team as requested.
7.Admin support for China Sales team, not limited to reservation and transportation.
8.Complete other daily tasks assigned by superior
Necessary qualification for the job:
1.Bachelor degree in either business/marketing or technical engineering background.
2.At least 1-3 years’ experience in multinational company for customer service or sales coordinator or other related position, familiar with ordering process and international trade.
3.Customer-oriented, outstanding communication skills and good time management ability.
4.Willing to work in pressure, good attitude, teamwork spirit.
5.Fluent English in both spoken and written
6.Skilled in MS office (Excel and PPT)
7.Experience on SAP system and basic accounting will be preferred.
