Position:Parts planning and inventory management
Location:Taicang
Function: Control parts inventory cost and improve parts stock turnover, Provide the right part, in the right quantity, to the right place, at the right time for least cost. Maintain balance between inventory investment, customer service, and operational efficiencies. Optimize inventory structure in order to support Parts sales team and service department better.
Report to: Parts planning and inventory management Mgr./MD of Taicang service center
Responsibilities:
Responsible for regularly parts replenishment for Taicang service center through SAP system, to make sure parts availability as well as proper turn-over rate which setup by management team.
Responsible for emergency parts replenishment for burst out / unpredictable warran-ty and sales demands to improve customer satisfaction.
Conducts inventory analysis to solve inventory issues quickly. Ensure adequate inventory of parts in accord with inventory cycles
Work with production planning team to replenish parts in advance for NPI (New Product Introduction).
Make out-of-stock analysis periodic to enhance service level
Regularly check and make plan to clean up/decrease slow moving parts.
Work together with parts planning and inventory control manager to develop strate-gies and tactics for improving service levels and reducing inventory levels as well as stock costs in Taicang
Provide reports about parts stock locator, parts replenishment and parts inventory to GM of Taicang service center, Parts planning and inventory management manager in Langfang.
Arrange Parts transfer Within Wirtgen China different parts locations to fully utilize company resources in China region.

Dealers Service & Parts team, Germany OEM head office functional managers,
Requirements:
Up to BA degree
5+ years experience of parts operation, include parts inventory control, import parts logistics, part warranty and claim, parts quotation and ordering, and so on…
English level: good enough both in written & verbal for daily communication with relevant colleagues.
Good communication skills
Accounting understanding and data analysis abilities
Advanced knowledge of software: Excel, Word, Power point, ERP, others
Team player, fast learner.
Preferable to have working experience of SAP system 3 years above
