1.Order and forecast collection from customer after project SOP.
1.项目SOP之后,正式订单与预测的收集。
2.Data put into XPPS system and make sure to have 6 months forecast for each project.
2. 将订单与预测输入系统并确保每个项目都有6个月的准确预测。
3. Place and update the purchase to supplier in the system based on the 6 months forecast.
3. 根据预测在系统中向供应商更新与下新的订单。
4. Confirm the purchase order with suppliers for the arriving date and quantity; with confirmation from supplier confirm sales order from customer;
4.与供应商我们的采购订单包括到货日期与订货数量;根据供应商的确认,我们再与客户确认销售订单。
5. Tracking the components arrive at our plant in time to make sure that production department can finish production on time.

6. When receive real order from customer, firstly review quantity, unit selling price and delivery date, whether all these items match the forecast, if quantity is within +/-20% of forecast, which is acceptable and other item match, we send back order confirmation to customer by email, If it is over +/-20%, we have to check components and finish parts stock status, based on stock situation, we reply to customer, detailed action same as item 9.
6. 当收到客户正式订单时,首先确认订单的数量,销售单价以及交货日期与早期的预测是否相符?若订单数量在预测的20%上下浮动,通常视为可接受,同时销售单价与交货日期也都相符时,我们会以邮件的方式给客户订单确认;若订单数量超过了预测的20%,必须根据库存情况回复客户,详细操作方式与第9条相同。

8. If we cannot fulfill the order from customers due to any reason, contact customers to get the updated agreement to finish the order.
8.若不能完成客户订单,及时与客户交流沟通以达成新的发货计划。
9.If customer increase the order, firstly check the components stock, normally we keep two weeks safety stock from local supplier and three weeks safety stock from oversea suppliers due to longer lead time. Depend on components status, A. If components are enough, we will arrange production and delivery immediately, B. If components are not enough, we will check the stock in our supplier,if the stock in supplier are enough, we will arrange airfreight from oversea at customer’s cost; If the stock in supplier are not enough, we have to refuse increase from customers and inform them officially.
9. 如果客户增加订单,首先要查安全库存。通常我们保持国内料件两周的安全库存及国外料件三周的安全库存;如果安全库存能满足客户所增加的订单,我们会立即安排生产与发货。若安全库存不够,我们的查供应商的库存,若供应商有库存,就安排空运进口料件,但得由客户承担空运费。若供应商没库存,那只能拒绝客户的增加订单。
