职位描述:
1. 提供IT技术支持,解决相关部门软硬件问题,办公设备问题以及网络连接问题等
2. 善于排除电脑故障,熟悉相关电脑系统(如Lotus Notes/反病毒软件等)
3. 通过电话或者远程控制来协助用户排除故障以及现场支持
4. 计算机系统必要的的维护和升级
5. 从专业的角度向用户提出建议
1. Provide helpdesk service for users, support them for daily issues like hardware and software issues, office equipments issues, and network connectivity issues.
2. Supports and troubleshoots problems related with Widows operation system and software (Office/Lotus Notes/Anti-Virus software, etc)
3. Troubleshooting user’s problem over the phone and with remote control technologies as well as on-site support;
4. Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems if needed
5. Make appropriate action and advise useful recommendations to the end users

5. Well developed interpersonal, communication skills
