工程主管
主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
• Provide services and maintenance of machines on site
现场提供维修维护设备
• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed
采取防御性维护措施
• Ensure machine breakdowns are repaired
维修机器故障，监督协调工作
• Ensure current and accurate record of maintenance
确保维修记录
• Ensure all relevant manufacturer modifications and updates are performed / installed
确保所有相关生产厂家的更新，以及安装设备
• Ensure a sound spare part warehouse
仓库配件管理
• Maintain good housekeeping
保持良好的货物管理
• Ensure availability of spare parts
确保配件的安置
• Manage contractors on site
管理现场承包商
• Ensure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures
确保所有员工理解并遵守公司的规章制度
• Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible
确保团队工作有效地进行
• Assesses training needs of staff and ensures execution of training
评估员工培训需求和确保培训的实施
• Ensures staff are brought in to cover absenteeism and holidays
调度员工顺利生产
• Correctly records time and attendance of team
正确记录员工考勤
• Performs annual Performance Evaluation
进行年度工作评估

资格要求（Qualifications）：
• University degree in electric automatization or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
本科以上电气自动化或机械工程相关专业
• Minimum four years of work experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry
至少4年在制造型行业相关岗位的工作经验
• Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines and hydraulic / pneumatic systems
有电脑机器控制系统或者液压气动系统工作经历
• Hands on experience in running busy engineering department
操控机械设备的经历
• Project management experience
项目管理经验

资格/技能Qualifications/Skills:
• Very good English skills (verbal, writing, reading)
良好英语能力（口语,书面,阅读）
• Strong leadership and organization capabilities
