工作描述:
主要职责(Main Responsibilities):
• Customer Relationship Management regarding Quality issues
• 质量问题的客户关系的管理
o Implementing periodic customer visits
o 实施定期的客户访问
o Handling with customer complaint process
o 处理客户抱怨
o Routine maintenance for customer relationship etc.
o 客户关系的日常维护等
• Customer/Third-party/Internal Audit
• 客户/第三方/内部审核
• Food Safety Quality Management System
食品安全质量管理体系 (ISO22000:2005/GMP/QS等)
o Ensure compliance with food safety quality management system and customer/external /internal audit requirements
o 确保满足食品安全质量管理体系和客户/外部/内部的审核要求
o Prepare and successfully pass all related audits
o 准备和成功通过所有相关审核
o Continual improvement of food safety quality management system
o 负责食品安全质量管理体系的持续改进
• Documentation文件管控
o Validation, distribution, callback and scrap of food safety quality management system documents
o 负责食品安全质量管理体系文件的生效、分发、回收及报废等
o Uniform management for archives and timely tidying for stat. of food safety quality management system documents
o 负责食品安全质量管理文件的统一管理归档及定期整理统计
o Monitoring for the operation of food safety quality management system documents
o 负责监督食品安全质量管理体系文件的运行等
• Devices & equipment regarding food safety calibration and related management etc. (Calibration list/certificates/ labels etc.)
• 与食品安全有关的仪器设备计量的统一安排和相关管理等(台账、校验证书及标签等)
• Responsible for implement and management regarding plant pest control
• 负责厂内虫害工作的实施管理
• Responsible for the mock, start-up and implement for products’ recall as assistant etc.
• 协助负责产品召回的模拟、启动及实施等
资格要求(Qualifications):
• University Degree in related field or equivalent
大学毕业,相关专业
• 5 years of work experience in the same role
5年以上相关工作经验
• Previous supervisory role is a plus
有管理经验优先
• Experience in accreditation and implementation of QS system ISO22000:2005 food safety management system
有QS 系统管理ISO22000:2005食品安全管理体系相关经验
• Know the laws and standard regarding food safety etc.
掌握与食品安全有关的法律法规及标准等
资质/技能(Qualifications/Skills:
• Proficiency of computer literate
熟练应用电脑
• Strong capability of coordination, organization and analysis.
很强的组织、协调和分析能力
• Numerical skills
很强的数字表达能力
• Ability to manage Customer Relations
有能力去管理维护客户关系
• Able to conduct training etc.
有能力去执行培训等
