Key Accountabilities 主要职责：
1)Define    Equipment Maintenance contents and time plan
定义设备维护内容和时间计划
2)Keep all production equipment available for production as main target.
把保证所有设备的正常运行作为最主要的目标
3)Provide appropriate resources for machine/equipment maintenance.
提供机器和设备维护需要的合适资源
4)Develop    and maintain TPM system
开发和维护预防性维护体系
5)Evaluate Training needs and plan training in the area.
评估所需要的培训和计划培训
6)Control / Follow-up maintenance budgets. Follow-up maintenance targets.
控制和执行维护预算，实现维护目标
7)Maintain premises in a state of order, cleanliness and discipline
在有序，清洁和符合公司规章制度的状态下开展维护工作
8)Stimulate use of quality tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PDCA,    8D-Report )
在日常工作中，有效使用质量工具（防呆，PDCA，8D报告）
9)Review of actions to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;
采取合适的措施防止任何影响产品工艺和质量的意外发生
10)Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment
持续改善工厂安全，环境的管理程序和规则
11)Coordinate other department to fulfill the TPM target;
协调其他部门来完成TPM的年度指标
12)Keep Organization structure considering back-up people;
在考虑人员备用的情况下，保证组织结构的稳定
13)Any other works assigned by supervisors.
上级指定的其他任何工作。

Requirement 要求：
(1) Graduate from college
大专毕业
(2) At least five years maintenance or TPM experience
五年以上设备维修或TPM经验
(3) Have the experience to lead maintenance team
有领导维护团队的经验
(4) Hard working, honest, strong practical ability
工作踏实，为人诚恳，动手能力强
(5) Familiar with AutoCAD and office
能够熟练使用AutoCAD软件及Office等办公软件
(6) Strong responsibility and good communication
具有强烈的责任感和良好的沟通能力
