职位描述：
Participate in new project feasibility assessment, analyze technical requirement of customers, and provide the BOM to Purchase and Sales department.
- 负责参与新品开发的可行性评估，分析客户技术要求并向销售部和采购部提供报价BOM；
-Be responsible for sample drawing, production drawing and material purchase spec making.
- 负责样品图纸、生产图纸和采购规范的编制；
- Be responsible for implementing reasonable modifying requirement of customers & suppliers, and timely provide sales cost information;
- 负责及时实施客户和供应商的合理更改要求，并及时向销售部提供影响产品成本的信息；
- Be responsible for continually improving product structure, maximum cost saving, and efficiency increase;
- 负责产品结构的持续改进，最大限度的节约成本，提高效率；
- Assist research of production capacity & processing & efficiency improvement;
- 协助生产能力的研究，生产工艺的持续改进以及生产工序的合理安排，最大限度提高生产效率；
-Responsible for communication with customer, understand and fulfill with customer requirement;
- 负责及时与顾客沟通技术问题，了解和满足顾客需求；
- Assist PPE on new processing implementation;
- 协助PPE指导员工对新工艺的正确实施；
- Assist Quality to deal with quality complaint ;
- 协助品管部完成对客户和供应商质量投诉的处理；
- Coordinate Purchasing to develop new suppliers;
- 协助采购部开发新供应商和新零件；
- Coordinate sample making and provide related technical documentation for customers;
- 协调样品制作，提供客户需要的相关技术资料；

- University degree or above in mechanical, electrical engineering;
- 理工科机械、电子类相关专业本科及以上学历。
- Over 6-year product design or develop experience;
- 有6年以上产品设计开发方面的工作经验
- Have training experience on project management, FEMA, PPAP, APQP etc;
- 受过项目管理、FEMA、PPAP、APQP培训, 熟悉ISO9001等。

- Excellent communication skills;
- 具有良好的沟通能力；
- Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits;
- 具有一定的计划、组织、协调、分析能力和团队协作精神；
- Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure
- 工作态度积极，愿意承受高强度的压力

- Good oral English
- 具有一定的英语口语交流能力；
- Be skillful with Office software.
- 熟练使用OFFICE软件。
- Familiar with 2-D, 3-D drawing software such as Auto CAD, Pro-E…
- 能熟练使用二维、三维绘图软件，如 Auto CAD, Pro-E等
