2. Trains and coach the line leader and operators on spot现场培训指导线长和操作工人
3. Fulfils his obligations according to Standard of labor EHS按照环境、卫生、健康的标准履行生产的职责
4. To correct the operator’s mistake during the shift 当班时纠正员工的错误行为
5. To coordinate the people from maintenance and quality, solve the problem of line quickly 协调维修和质量人员，快速解决生产线问题
6. Focus and improve the issue that manufacturing engineer assigned, (training, CP, quality issue, low efficiency, new project….)关注并改善生产工程师指定的问题（如培训、生产系统数据、质量问题、效率问题、新项目等）
7. Work as the backup of shift leader 作为生产班长的后备人员
