任职要求Requirement:
1. 全日制本科以上学历，机械或相关专业；Major in mechanical or relevant industries ( Bachelor's degree or above);
2. 五年以上机械制造企业项目管理工作经验，具备钣金加工行业工作经验者尤佳；With above five-year correlative experience in machinery foreign enterprise, experience of project management; Candidate who has experience in sheet metal industry is priority-employed;
3.较强的团队合作和开拓精神，善于统筹安排各方面的资源。Capable of team working and leadership, working with the spirit of exploration, passion and having the ability to summarize.

工作职责Responsibility:
1. 负责新产品导入To be responsible for introduce the product
1) 制定项目预算；Work out budget for the project.
2) 根据客户需求制定产品导入计划，并带领内部团队实施，定期组织召开阶段性项目跟进会议；To draft out product introduction plans according to the customer's demand, and lead the team to implement. Periodically organize a meeting to review the program.
3) 协调项目实施过程中的内部冲突和矛盾，调整流程以使各部门通力合作。To coordinate the inner-conflict in the process of the project and modify the procedure in order to get double-win in each department.
4) 负责产品试生产、检验、客户审核，以确保产品符合要求；To organize product try run with the inspection and audit from customer, ensure the products meet the requirement accordingly.
2. 根据客户需求制定产品认证时间计划表和组织实施；To work out a product certification scheme and make an application according to the Client's demand.
3. 作为公司与客户的沟通窗口，负责维护产品技术状态，在产品量产交付后根据客户需求主导工程更改等相关技术接口工作；To maintain product structure and introduce engineering changes for the customer's demand after the delivery of the products.
4. 负责对内部客户的培训和提供强有力的技术支持。To have training for the inter-customer and offer the technical support.
