Working Task(details)工作描述:
• Using 3D measuring machine control the product size measurement in accordance with the drawings
运用海克斯康、蔡司三坐标测量仪依照图纸对产品尺寸进行测量
• Responsible for the 3D equipment maintenance, spare parts storage
对三坐标设备进行日常维护，配件保管
• Skilled use the calliper, micrometer, altimeter and other basic testing equipment, can read the mechanical drawings
熟练使用卡尺,千分尺,高度计等基本检测设备, 能看懂机械图纸
• Can do the measuring report and storage
测量报告编写及保存
• Tested the abnormal can do the timely feedback and follow-up the results
测量异常时及时反馈并跟进处理结果
• To assist the test work
协助试验工作
• Completing other tasks that manager and supervisor designated
其他由上级交代的工作。


Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
• College degree or above, mechanical or engineering is preferred;
大专学历以上，机械制造或工程专业为佳；
• Can operate CMM well, has the strong spatial analysis ability, grasp the measuring datum selection;
能熟练操作海克斯康、蔡司三坐标测量机，有较强的立体空间分析能力，掌握测量基准面选择；
• 2 years CMM experience, skilled use of OFFICE and commonly used measurement software;
2年以上三座标测量工作经验，熟练运用OFFICE及常用测量软件；
• Good cooperation spirit, organization and coordination ability and skills;
良好的合作精神及组织、协调能力和技巧；
• Having a team spirit, sense of responsibility, professional dedication
具有团队精神，责任心，敬业精神；
