工作描述:
Principal Accountabilities:
1) Organize/lead warehouse/transportation team to achieve the goal of company/department;
2) Plan and continuously improve the material flow in whole plant;
3) Plan/optimize the layout of components/finish goods warehouse, design the suitable storage area with planning/buyer support;
4) Design/continuously optimize the organization chart/job of warehouse/transportation team, evaluate/continuously improve the performance of department/employees;
5) Continuously enhance the staff competency and job skills through coaching and necessary training. Create safety working environment, fully engage culture, create/provide personal growth/development opportunities;
6) Audit/Continuously improve the working processes related warehouse/transportation to improve the quality, eliminate the waste, and improve the working efficiency;
7) Emphasize the execution and problem solving culture, looking for problems through Gemba walk initiatively, take prevent actions in place in time through root cause analysis;
8) Draft realistic working plan based on annual budget, daily control the department expense and looking for cost saving opportunities;
9) Execute the company policy related HSSE, FIN, etc, totally response the HSSE and stock accuracy in warehouse;
10) Cooperate with planning/buyer/production/customer service/quality department to fulfil the customer requirements, evaluate/continuously improve the service level of internal/external customers;
11) Finish the assigned works from his/her supervisor in time.
Education background/Qualifications:
college degree or above, Engineer/logistics major will be preferred.
Working experience:
1) 8 years or above working experience in logistics/warehouse department of an industrial plant, 5 years or above supervising/managing experience at similar position. Working experience in level 2 Automotive plant is preferred;
2) Be familiar with warehouse management in an assembling plant, fully hands on experience at similar position;
3) Be familiar with Lean/continuously improvement tools;
4) Be familiar with China inland transportation market, know how to control the transportation expense;
5) Willing to change, open minded;
6) Can work under pressure, has proven experience to lead a team achieve the challenge goal.
Skills:
1) Fluent oral and written in English;
2) Fluent using office software(like word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint);
3) ERP using experience is necessary, Oracle experience will be preferred;
4) Bar coding system implementation experience will be preferred.
