工作描述:
1.Answer / transfer internal & External calls;
2.Receive visitors & inform related staff in time, make registration and keep in file;
3.Sort and distribute incoming mails and delivery, receive and transfer outgoing mails. Keep records for all mails and deliveries;
4.Booking drinking water working meals;
5.Invitation letter application & visa extension;
6.Management of company keys;
7.Hotel reservation & air tickets booking;
8.Pick up arrangement;
9.Office administration and management including safe & security, clean & tidiness, etc;
10.Company necessities e.g. stationary;
11.Responsible for office facilities are in working order and arranging service and repair as necessary.
