主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
• Running Production area（生产区域的运行）
o Through the process control to ensures quality products are produced and in accordance with specifications of customers and ISO standards
通过过程控制保证产品质量和客户的ISO标准。
o Ensure the parameters of the related equipment are correct in food area
保证食品区相关设备参数的准确无误
o Interface with manager to analyze and handle the problems that could influence production effectively
协助生产经理对影响生产的各种问题进行分析和有效解决。
o Be responsible for 5S and CI implemented effectively
负责生产部内5S和CI改善有效执行
o Monitor day to day machine PM
监督设备的日常维护。
Others（其它）：
o Input in customer complaint meetings
参加客户投诉会议。
o Monitor the implementation of the data record by technician
监督食品区内技术员工艺参数的执行

资格要求（Qualifications）：
• Junior graduate or equivalent
大专或相当学历。
• Technical and engineering background
技术或工程背景
资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
• Good English skills basic oral and written ability.
英语良好,能基本的读写能力。
• Proficiency in computer literate
熟悉电脑操作。
• Good at implementation and following the procedure
有较强的执行力和过程遵守能力
• Leadership skills and strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
具有一定的领导技能，较强的人际管理和协调能力。
• Training and coaching capabilities
一定的培训和指导能力。
• Be familiar with LEAN and 5S management
