工作描述:
1)管理生产部值班长/主管和操作工,工作分配,保证生产和质量目标的实现;
Supervise the shift leader/ supervisor and operators, distribute the task, and guarantee the production and the quality target;
2)根据生产工艺,制定相应的作业流程和作业标准,要求生产部员工严格执行作业流程,并进行相应的监督和 培训,发现不良与质量下降能作出相应的分析与改善;
Draw up the work flow and the work standard according to the production technique, give training to the worker and control the execution of all the work flow;
产车间实行5S管理,要求生产部员工严格执行5S;
Control and manage the 5S in the workshop;
确认生产进度与生产异常跟踪处理,监控生产效率和生产达成率;
Confirm the production process and production exception tracking; control the production efficiency and production realization rate.
落实生产计划的达成,确保产品的按时交付;
Accomplish the production plan; make sure that the deliver is on time;
对生产过程的管理和控制;
Manage and control the production process;
负责生产部员工的技能培训和绩效考核;
Be in charge of the skill training and evaluation for the worker;
生产部相关报表的制作及汇报;

月末、年末协助财务部、仓库对在产品物料的盘点;
Provide assistance to finance and warehouse by making inventory of the material at the end of the year;
遵守安全规范,教导员工安全生产,发现安全隐患及时改善;
Obey the safety standard, deliver the safe working policy, at the appearance of the hidden danger remove it and make it better in time;
随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态,协调各部门之间的沟通与合作,及时解决生产中出现的问题;
Be in control of the quality state in the production, associate with relative departments and work together with them to solve the problems in the production;
与生产计划部门积极沟通,保证机组能够按时保质完成.
Keep gut contact with production planning; assure the on time accomplishment of task and also the quality;
督促员工严格按照作业流程操作,发现不良与质量下降能作出相应的分析与改善;
Keep the worker working as the work flow instruction, analyze the disorder and low quality and improve it.
关注所管辖设备,配合技术部门作好设备管理工作,对产能所需设备作出统筹安排和预算;
Take care of the equipments, manage the equipments with technique department, organize and plan the use of the equipments according to the production;
参与精益生产,持续推动生产效率提高,减少各方面对生产的浪费;
Participate in “proficient production”, improve the production efficiency, and reduce the waste in the production;
制定年度产能分析,提出人力与设备增置计划(人员需求申请和设备、工具申请);
Analyze the annual productivity, make plan for personnel requirement and equipments purchase;
统计员工定额完成情况、制定下年度产量定额及生产部奖金系统方案(包括值班长和操作工);
Record the task accomplishment state of the worker, plan the production task and make the bonus proposal for the next year (including shift leader and operator);
本部门员工奖惩提报;
Plan and report the rewords and punishment of the workers;
总经理交代的临时生产事项。
Take over the temporary production job assigned by general manager.
