Job Descriptions:
• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Gather user requirements, perform technical feasibility studies, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee programmer/software engineer activities, code quality, and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Establish development standards, design reusable modules, and enforce best practices in code quality and architecture.
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, code reviews, and quality assurance assessments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members or developers.

Job Requirements:
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in C# application development and software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C#, modern web frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core, React/Vue/Angular), RESTful APIs, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Proven experience in system architecture design, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and design patterns.
• Prior experience in managing programmer/software engineer team and project delivery schedules is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
