Job Descriptions:
• Provide end-to-end technical support and user training for internal systems and web applications.
• Assist in system development, testing, enhancement, and deployment activities.
• Address user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze daily workflows to understand operational needs.
• Coordinate with the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) support team on system maintenance and programming tasks.
• Perform routine administrative tasks, maintain system documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day application operations.

• 为内部系统及 Web 应用提供端到端的技术支持与用户培训。
• 协助系统开发、测试、功能增强及上线部署工作。
• 解答用户日常咨询，排查技术故障，深入理解日常业务流程及用户需求。
• 与实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）团队紧密协作，共同开展系统维护与编程开发工作。
• 执行日常系统运维与管理，维护系统文档，确保各类应用系统平稳运行。

Job Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience; prior experience in commercial testing/laboratory environments or with LIMS is an advantage.
• Analytical-minded with sound understanding of computer usage and web application environments.
• Communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• An assertive team player with a proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to contribute.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may also be considered for entry-level positions.

• 持有信息技术、计算机科学或相关专业的高级文凭或学位。
• 具备至少 1 至 2 年相关工作经验；拥有商业实验室环境工作经验或 LIMS 使用经验者优先。
• 具备良好的逻辑分析能力，熟悉计算机应用及 Web 应用程序环境。
• 具备优秀的中英文书面及口语沟通能力。
• 具有自信、主动的工作态度，具备良好的团队合作精神与奉献意识。
• 欢迎应届毕业生或经验较少者应聘。
