2.Manage industrialization projects from project initiation through successful series production
3. Coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and other relevant functions
4. Ensure adherence to project schedules, costs and quality targets
5.Develop and continuously improve production and assembly processes
6.Coordinate prototype builds, production trials, process approvals and production ramp-ups
7. Ensure structured transfer of know-how between the German and Chinese teams
8. Identify and manage project risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures
9.Establish transparent project structures, milestones and regular project status reporting
10.Planning and implementation of new production and office facilities
