工作描述：
1、Support the implementation of international commodity strategies.
2、Manage supplier-related processes, including supplier scouting, selection, evaluation, development and performance management.
3、Conduct RFQs and tender processes, evaluate supplier quotations and prepare commercial bid comparisons.
4、Prepare, negotiate and conclude supplier framework agreements in close coordination with the International Commodity Managers.
5、Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets.
6、Lead international sourcing and procurement projects, including project planning, execution and stakeholder coordination.
7、Contribute to new product development projects, coordinating Advanced Quality Planning (AQP), implementation activities and the part qualification process.
8、Plan and drive Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE) initiatives with suppliers.
9、Support purchasing controlling, KPI tracking and reporting activities.
10、Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, including performance, quality, delivery and commercial matters.
