Main Accountabilities/主要职责：
1、Collect customer order and forecast, analyze customer demand, release inner shipping plan.
收集客户的订单和预测，分析客户需求，发布发货计划。
2、Understand customer‘s cycle time, analyze customer order fluctuation, review customer order reliability.
了解客户生产周期节拍，分析客户订单波动，评审客户订单合理性。
3、Consolidate the delivery plan and stock level , Arrange the daily production plan for each Production process.
根据出货计划要求，结合库存目标管理，安排每日生产计划。
4、Control FG stock in safety range, warning delivery risk in advance.
管控成品库存在安全范围，及时预警交付风险。
5、Tracking the delivery of FG, manage the status of reception and returning on customer website; complete reconciliation and submit to finance department on time.
跟踪成品发货，管理客户网站收退货状态；及时完成对账并提交财务。
6、Checking shipping costs and make cost optimization recommendations.
发货运费核对并提出成本优化建议。
7、Coordinate with finance to complete internal system invoicing.
与财务协同完成内部系统开票。
8、Other tasks from leader.
上级安排的其他任务。

Required Qualification /岗位任职要求：
1、College degree in Industry Engineer ,Logistics ,.economic    Management related field.
大专及以上学历，工业工程,物流管理或经济管理类相关专业。
2、3+ years of experience of Supply chain opetation .
3年以上供应链运营经验。
3、Experience in customer order management, delivery process, packaging scheme, inventory management, settlement management .
对客户订单管理， 发货流程,    包装方案， 库存管理，结算管理有相关经验。
4、Understanding and operation experience with ERP system.
对ERP系统有理解和实操经验。
5、Expert in office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
精通Excel, word, ppt等办公软件。
6、Good communication skills, favorite in learning .
善于沟通和处理人际关系，有良好的学习能力。
