MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Implement Heat treatment projects management and related projects document, eg. APQP, PFMEA documents, make sure HT projects running smoothly and with expected profit.
实行热处理项目管理和相关项目文件，如APQP、PFMEA文件，确保HT项目顺利运行并达到预期利润。
2. Develop heat treatment process successfully, stably and economically; prepare and maintain related work instructions and SAP data.
成功、稳定、经济地开发热处理工艺，编制和维护相关作业指导书和SAP数据。
3. Execute feasibility study, capacity analysis and cost evaluation of new enquiries.
执行新询价的可行性研究、产能分析和成本评估。
4. Organize new furnace technical specification setting up, quotations acquiring through PU, investment applying and pre-acceptance leading; and process related furnace problem supporting.
组织制定新设备技术规范，通过PU获取报价，进行投资申请和预验收安排；以及与工艺相关的设备问题支持。
5. Participate in the analysis and solve the Heat treatment quality problem and facility malfunction.
参与分析和解决热处理质量问题和设备故障。
6. Summarize HT process test result and saving the data regularly, optimize HT process.
定期总结HT工艺测试结果并保存数据，优化HT工艺。
7. Participate in heat treatment audit.
参与热处理审核。
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件
Education & Major 学历与专业
Bachelor's degree or above & Associate or major in Heat Treatment, metal material
本科及以上, 热处理及金属材料相关专业
Job Related Experience 相关工作经验
1-3 years and above heat treatment experience with project management in automotive industrial MNC
1-3年及以上汽车行业热处理项目管理经验，金属材料专业优秀本科及以上应届毕业生亦可考虑
Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识
Be familiar with 5tools in Quality了解质量五大工具。
Basic English speaking and writing skills.
基本的英语口语和写作能力。
