MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Evaluate technical feasibility and cost of non-standard automation projects, discuss and develop solutions.
评估非标自动化项目技术可行性与成本，负责方案讨论与制定。
2. Independently complete mechanical design including structure design, standard parts selection, drawing output.
独立完成非标设备机械设计，含结构设计、标准件选型、图纸输出。
3.Execute and guide machine assembly, commissioning and improvement.
执行并指导设备装配、调试与改进。
4.Track machined parts manufacturing and provide technical support.
跟踪机加工件制作并提供技术支持。
5.Implement project management: schedule, cost, procurement, communication, risk, conflict management.
执行项目管理：进度、成本、采购、沟通、风险、冲突管理。
6.Conduct internal design review, guide team members to improve design and project ability.
开展内部设计评审，指导组员提升设计与项目能力
7.Share skills and experience, support colleagues to solve project issues.
分享经验技能，协助解决项目问题。
8. Write operation manuals, inspection lists, maintenance documents.
编写设备操作手册、点检表、保养文档
9.Write high-tech enterprise R&D materials and patents.
撰写高新企业研发材料与专利。
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件
Education & Major 学历与专业
Bachelor or above, automation/mechanical related.
本科及以上，自动化 / 机械相关
Working Experience工作经验
≥5 years working experience; ≥5 years non-standard automation equipment mechanical design experience. 5 年以上工作经验；5 年以上非标自动化设备机械设计经验
Professional Knowledge & Skills专业知识与技能
Proficient in mechanical design, materials, machining, surface/heat treatment; pneumatic/hydraulic/transmission selection; Solid-edge/2D&3D software; good hands-on ability.
精通机械设计、材料、加工、表面 / 热处理；气动 / 液压 / 传动选型；熟练使用 Solid-edge/3D/2D 软件；动手能力强
