有3年以上TIC行业化妆品相关经验

Job Responsibilities:
I. Safety Assessment Work
1. Responsible for cosmetic safety risk assessment: raw material risk identification, formulation toxicology analysis, and impurity risk assessment (heavy metals, preservatives, allergens, nitrosamines, etc.).
2. Conduct root cause analysis for non-compliant test results, assess risk levels, and provide professional risk opinions.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Assess formulation compliance in accordance with the *Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications*, domestic and EU regulations, FDA requirements, etc.

II. Technical Management
1. Collaborate with laboratory technicians on test method development and validation, assist the laboratory in establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conduct method validation, precision, and stability verification.
2. Establish a laboratory cosmetic evaluation technical system and formulate internal evaluation judgment standards.

III. Report Review and Technical Output
1. Conduct final review of cosmetic safety and efficacy testing and evaluation reports, ensuring data logic, rigorous conclusions, and compliance with regulatory and laboratory system requirements.
2. Draft professional assessment reports, interpret test results to clients (brand owners), and explain advantages, disadvantages, and potential risks.
3. Address client technical inquiries: Provide professional answers to questions regarding test conclusions, experimental principles, and data discrepancies.

IV. Compliance, Training, and Project Support
1. Track updates to domestic and international cosmetic regulations (new regulations, efficacy claim requirements, lists of prohibited and restricted substances), and update internal assessment criteria.
2. Train project engineers: Result interpretation, common misconceptions, and key points for risk identification.
3. Cooperate with internal audits, CNAS, and CMA accreditation reviews, and prepare technical documentation.

V. Efficacy Testing and Evaluation
1. Possess a certain understanding of efficacy testing, be able to interpret efficacy test reports, and answer basic client questions.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, in a chemistry-related subject; 本科及以上学历，化学相关专业；
2. Fluent in English; 英语流利；
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset; 具有较强的沟通和协调能力，有强烈的服务意识；
4. Experience in the cosmetics sector within the third-party testing and certification industry; 有第三方检测认证行业化妆品相关经验；
