MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

Project Management
项目管理

Lead end-to-end management of equipment modification, new equipment introduction, production line renovation and equipment relocation projects, controlling schedule, cost, quality, safety and acceptance deliverables.牵头设备技改、新设备导入、产线改造及设备搬迁等项目全流程管理，管控进度、成本、质量、安全及验收交付。


Equipment Development
设备开发

Develop non-standard equipment and tooling fixtures according to production pain points and process requirements, including concept design, machine development, assembly and commissioning. 根据生产痛点与工艺需求，开展非标设备、工装治具开发。


Technical Documentation
技术文件

Prepare and maintain equipment drawings, BOMs, technical agreements, test records, acceptance reports and related project documentation to ensure traceability and proper archiving. 完成设备图纸、BOM、技术协议、测试记录、验收报告等技术文件编制、维护与归档，确保文件可追溯。


Cross-functional Coordination
跨部门协同

Interface with suppliers and cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, follow up action items, and handle abnormalities, risks and technical issues during project execution and equipment development.对接供应商及跨部门团队，协调资源、跟进行动项，并处理项目执行及设备开发过程中的技术问题、风险和异常；必要时能够与国内外供应及总部人员进行技术澄清和沟通。

Education & Major 学历与专业
College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering or related fields.
大专及以上学历，机械、机电、自动化、电气或相关专业。



Working Experience工作经验
Solid experience in full-cycle development of non-standard automation equipment or dedicated production equipment, covering requirement assessment, concept design, detailed design, assembly, commissioning, validation and mass-production implementation.
设备非标自动化设备或专用生产设备完整开发经验，熟悉设备从需求评估、方案设计、详细设计、装配调试、验证到量产落地的全流程。

Target candidates are project engineers from non-standard equipment companies, preferably with experience in automotive, new energy or precision manufacturing industries.
目标候选人优先来自非标设备公司项目工程师背景，具备汽车、新能源或精密制造行业经验者优先。


Professional Knowledge & Skills专业知识与技能
Able to independently complete equipment concept evaluation, mechanical design and component selection. Proficient in CAD/SolidWorks or similar design software. Familiar with mechanical transmission, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo control and electrical control principles, and able to support the selection and standardization of equipment electrical spare parts.
能独立完成设备方案论证、机构设计及零部件选型；熟练使用CAD/SolidWorks等设计软件；熟悉机械传动、气动、液压、伺服控制及电气控制原理，能够支持设备电气备件的选择和定型。

Personal Attributes通用素质
Strong project ownership, structured problem-solving capability, good progress control, cross-functional communication and supplier coordination skills. Able to optimize equipment and drive corrective actions based on actual shopfloor conditions.
具备较强的项目责任心、结构化问题解决能力、进度把控能力、跨部门沟通及供应商协调能力；能够结合现场工况开展设备优化与故障整改。

Special Certification Requirements特殊证书要求
Electrician certificate or special equipment related certificates are preferred.
持有电工证、特种设备相关证件者优先。


Language语言要求
Working-level English communication ability is required, including basic oral and written communication skills. The candidate should be able to read and prepare technical documents and support communication with suppliers and headquarters personnel when necessary.
英语需达到工作沟通水平，具备基本口头和书面沟通能力；能够阅读和编写技术资料，并在必要时支持与供应商及总部人员的沟通。

Others 其他要求
Experience in prototype testing, issue correction and mass-production ramp-up is preferred.
具备样机测试、问题整改及量产导入经验者优先。
