Job Responsibilities
1. 负责新生产线工装设备的安装和验收。
Responsible for installation and acceptance of the new production equipment
2. 针对每月设备故障的分析结果及模具更换、消耗情况，提出预防性的设备维护计划。
According to the month analysis results of equipment fault, the replacement and consumption of mould, give a plan of equipment preventive maintenance.
3. 满足相关部门（生产、质量、项目）的需求,按时完成设备、工装、夹具的制作及改进。
Meet the relevant departments （ production, quality, project ） needs to fulfill the equipment, tooling and fixture of production and improvement.
4. 设备日常管理分析MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Downtime等
Daily equipment management for MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Downtime and so on.
5. 培训使用者正确使用和维护机器设备。
Train all the users about maintenance and rational usage of all the machines and installations.
6. 向制造部经理汇报工作，例如新生产线设备的导入进度等。
Report to Manufacturing Engineer manager about his activities, new production equipment import progress.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electric engineering;
本科毕业或以上,机械或电气工程专业
2. At least 3 years working experience in automotive component industry;
汽车零部件行业3年以上工作经验
3. Good at English both oral and writing;
良好的英语口语和书写
4. Good PC office skills
良好的电脑办公技巧
5. Good at equipment improvement and problem solving;
擅长设备改善和问题解决
6. High analytical thinking ability;
很强的分析思考能力
7. Team work spirit and good at communication;
具有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力
