Responsible for Product Technology and Process Improvement in the production lines.
1. Lead new product introduction, process deployment and on line monitoring; manage BOM creation and maintain production routing in SAP system.
2. Prepare production and material related documentation, including work instructions, key process parameters and PFMEA.
3. Resolve product related technical issues for customers;
4. Drive production continuous improvement (CIP) via Lean tools such as
VSM/VSD, time study, line balancing and machine optimization;
5. Compile production data, track OEE performance trend, conduct root cause analysis, formulate improvement action plans and deliver OEE summary reports;
6. Deliver Lean Production training to plant employees.
7. Prepare documentation for imported spare parts.

Job Requirements
Education: College diploma or above, major in mechanical is preferred.
IT Knowledge: Good experience on computer software, such as SAP system,PLM system and Microsoft Office,
Language: Fluent written and spoken English
Personal attributes:
1. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
2. Solid practical experience in Lean Production system and tools,proficient in project management. Six Sigma project experience is preferred;
3.Skilled in applying SPC, Process Control Plan (PCP), FMEA and other quality tools;
4. Self motivated, hands on mindset, good at identifying problems and potential improvement opportunities;
5. Target and result oriented.
