1. 业务系统支持 | Business Systems Support
为以下业务系统提供功能与技术支持：Provide functional and technical support for enterprise business systems, including:
ERP 系统（Sage B7）/ ERP (Sage B7)、制造相关应用系统 / Manufacturing-related applications: Operation1, BDE、微软 Power Platform 平台 / Microsoft Power Platform、其他企业应用系统 / Other enterprise applications
具体职责包括：Responsibilities include:
日常功能支持与用户指导 / Daily functional support and user guidance
系统事件排查与问题处理 / Incident investigation and resolution
系统配置与功能测试 / System configuration and functional testing
技术文档编写与维护 / Documentation and knowledge maintenance
用户培训 / User training
2. ERP 功能负责 | ERP Functional Ownership
支持并持续改进跨多个职能领域的 ERP 业务流程；与关键用户（Key User）及全球 ERP 团队协同，确保系统稳定运行与业务流程标准化。
Support and continuously improve ERP business processes across multiple functional areas. Coordinate with Key Users and Global ERP teams to ensure stable system operation and standardized business processes.
3. 业务流程改进 | Business Process Improvement
收集分析各部门业务需求，形成可落地的系统解决方案 / Collect and analyze business requirements from different departments and translate them into feasible system solutions
识别流程优化机会并推动改进实施 / Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive implementation
参与业务流程标准化与数字化转型项目 / Participate in process standardization and digital transformation initiatives
推动工作流自动化（如 Power Automate）及 AI 应用场景落地 / Drive workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate) and AI-enabled application scenarios
基本要求 | Basic Requirements
本科及以上学历，计算机科学/信息管理/软件工程或相关专业 / Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or a related field
至少5 年以上制造型业务系统（ERP 优先）支持或实施经验 5+ years of experience in manufacturing business systems (ERP preferred) support or implementation
熟练掌握制造型企业 ERP 全业务流程（最低要求掌握：MRP，生产，计划）/ Good at full manufacturing ERP business processes (at least MRP, production, and planning)
具备良好的中英文书面与口头沟通能力，能与国际团队协作 / Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate with international teams
具备较强的逻辑思维、问题分析与解决能力 / Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
优先考虑 | Preferred Qualifications
有 Sage ERP（B7/RU2602）或主流 ERP 系统经验者优先 / Experience with Sage ERP (B7/RU2602) or other mainstream ERP systems is a plus
熟悉 Microsoft Power Platform（Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI）者优先 / Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI) is a plus
有制造业信息化或数字化转型项目经验者优先 / Experience in manufacturing digitalization or transformation projects is a plus
了解数据库基础或具备脚本/低代码开发能力者优先 / Basic DB knowledge or scripting/low-code development capability is a plus
