二、Process and Output Quality Management (IQC IPQM and OQM):
1.Manage and establish incoming inspections
2.Support handling supplier quality issues, complain, supplier audit and other activities to maintain and improve supplier quality performance according to technotrans requirements.
3.Monitor and analyze the production quality status incl. in-line, out-line quality issues such as by using different proper quality tools such as Ishikawa diagram, Pareto analysis, etc.   
4.Coordinate the improvement and regular review with the quality team;
5.Supervision of measuring and testing equipment management
6.Plan and implement the product audit to identify the product conformity and improvements
7.Non-conformity product handling
三、Customer quality management (CQM)
1.Handling customer complaints
2.Create    4D/8D report and coach different department to implement the proper actions
四、Quality Management System (QMS)
1.Establish, implement, maintain and improve the corresponding certification and management systems.
2.Maintain quality procedures and documents, and necessary training to be conducted.
3.Lead to build up robust process quality and continually improve the current process to meet customer expectations and reduce comprehensive quality cost.   
4.Organize and establish internal audit and follow-up to create actions and improvements
五、Continue Improvement (CI)
1.Lead CI group and continue to contribute valued suggestions and motivate the team member.
2.Coaching of the issues improvement and regular review with quality team
3.Maintain and keep the improved condition as standard
六、5S, Safety, Hygiene & Environment
1.Coaching and Supervision of SOS (6S) implementation
七、Managing and operating electrical and functional testing
八、Fulfill the other tasks assigned by the manager.

Role priorities/
1.Team leader of the department , responsible for the work group independence, lead and supervise subordinate’s work , incl. quality control / engineer(s) and testing Engineer(s).
2.Establish, implement and maintain the corresponding certification and management systems
3.Follow and handling departmental related tasks and goals such as KPI, CQM, IQC, IPQC, OQC, CI and testing
4.Other tasks assigned by the operations manager

Education & Work experience/
1.More than 5 years’ quality engineer experience in machinery manufacturing involved all aspects of quality management in the enterprise.
2.Expert of ISO9001 Quality Management System, with rich experience in the audit system, familiar with the ITAF 16949 and ISO13485 preferred
3.Proficient in the establishing, implementing and monitoring of standardized procedures
4.Master in supplier quality management, effectively identify the suppliers’ quality control capability.
5.Have rich experience in personnel management, and allocate inspectors to different procedures efficiently and lean.
6.Know well about various quality tools and put them into error analysis, correction, prevention and continuous improvement, familiar with APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP preferred.
7.Be skilled in maintaining a good relationship with customers, with rich experience in handling external quality problems.
8.Good at CI improvement, have rich experience in enterprise improvement.
9.Good at communication and motivating staff.
10.Communicate with the foreign technicians for in-depth technical exchanges fluently
