1、Act as the core operational liaison to the Process Development, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Department at out Headquarters, actively support the transfer, ramp-up and stabilization of new coating, assembly, and testing processes into daily production in China.
1、作为总部的工艺开发、制造工程及运营部门的核心运营联络人，积极支持新PVD涂层、组装及测试工艺到中国的转移、产能爬坡与稳定运行。
2、Monitor, analyze and stabilize day-to-day operations, including PVD parameters, coating film quality, and automated assembly workflows, to guarantee consistent product performance.
2、监控、分析并稳定日常运营，包括PVD参数、涂层质量及自动化组装流程，以确保产品性能的一致性。
3、Ensure the reliability and accuracy of testing equipment and inspection processes; analyze test data to identify and resolve early-stage process drifts.
3、确保测试设备与检验流程的可靠性和准确性；分析测试数据以识别并解决早期工艺偏差问题。
4、Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and structured root-cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone) to systematically eliminate defects across coating, assembly, and test stages avoiding yield losses.
4、利用统计过程控制（SPC）和根本原因分析（5-Why，鱼骨图）系统地消除涂层、装配和测试阶段的缺陷，避免产量损失。
5、Partner with Maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce unplanned downtime of vacuum chambers, assembly fixtures, and test benches.与
5、与维护部门合作，提高整体设备效率（OEE），减少真空室、装配夹具和测试台的计划外停机时间。
6、Provide direct, hands-on troubleshooting directly on the shop floor to quickly resolve line stoppages and process anomalies.Preparation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation and training of staff.
在车间提供直接、动手的故障排除，以快速解决生产停线和工艺异常，编制维护工作说明和流程文件、培训员工等。

1、机械、材料或工业工程的学士学位（或同等技术经验）
2、在批量生产环境中拥有3年以上的工程经验，尤其熟悉PVD技术、装配自动化和测试系统。
3、清晰的沟通能力和良好的英语语言能力。
