Job Title: Supplier Quality Supervisor
Location: Taicang, China (with Asia travel). Possibility of work remote partially
Reports to: Supplier Quality Manager (US-based)
The Role
Lead supplier audits (raw materials, 3PMs, 3PLs), manage non-conformance resolutions (SCARs/CAPAs), and partner with Procurement on new product development and sourcing improvements. Work cross-functionally with Site Quality, Regulatory, and US teams.
Key Requirements
· Good English speaking and writing.
Education: Bachelor's in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related (Master's preferred).
· Experience: 2+ years in Quality Auditing (Food/Beverage/Dietary Ingredients), with 2+ years in Supplier Quality Management.
· Preferred: HACCP certification.
· Knowledge: GFSI/ISO9001, FSMA/FSVP, FDA 21 CFR 111/117, Food Defense Plans, EMA risk assessment.
· Skills: Strong data analysis, MS Office, collaborative mindset.
· Travel: 20–40% (occasionally >40%), with physical ability for on-site audits
Work Schedule: Able to join US East Coast web calls 1–2 times/week (evening hours).
