1. Capable of independently performing full product assembly and conducting comprehensive product testing according to production plans and standard operating procedures. Ensure product quality, troubleshoot production issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and process reliability.

2. Assembly of devices in accordance with the documentation and received guidelines at the required quality level (e.g. self-inspection, inspection cards, visual inspection, parameter checks, testing, etc.),
按照文件和收到的指南，以要求的质量水平（例如自检、检验卡、目视检查、参数检查、测试等）组装设备。

3. Conduct full functional and quality testing on products, analyze results.
进行完整的产品功能及质量测试，分析测试结果。

4. Reporting of errors encountered during the testing processes (filling in the relevant registers) escalate and corporate with supervisor to find a solution.
报告测试过程中遇到的错误（填写相关登记册）并升级到主管合作找到解决方案。

5. Making auxiliary tools / measuring devices for the production process.
为生产过程制作辅助工具/测量装置。

6. Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth production operations.
与生产质量及工程团队紧密协作，保证生产顺利进行。

7. Participate in process optimization, 5S/lean initiatives, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
参与流程优化及5S/精益生产活动，提出改善建议，提高产能与产品质量

8. Follow EHS regulations, ensure safe working practices, and maintain a clean work environment.
遵守EHS规定，确保安全操作，保持工作环境整洁。

9. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

Requirements & Qualifications：
- Bachelor degree本科及以上学历
- Preferably in engineering (electrical, physical ，manufacturing, etc.). 理工科背景优先（电气、物理、制造工程等）
- English ability, able to communicate with HQ to discuss technical issues, by phone or mail.
英语能力，能够与总部同时进行邮件、电话沟通，讨论技术相关问题。
- Ability to read electrical diagrams 能够看电路图纸
