Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
•Responsible for inspecting and repairing the electrical parts of the machine and the machine head according to the checklist during preventive maintenance, summarizing maintenance issues, suggesting preventive measures to the supervisor.
按照设备保养表单，在设备保养期间负责设备和机头电气部分的点检和维修，对维修问题进行小结，提出预防措施给主管并反馈措施执行情况。                       
•Take part in emergency repairs of machines, check and repair the replaced spare parts and test. Also, provide suggestions for optimizing the spare parts inventory.
参与设备的应急维修，对更换下来的备件进行检查和维修，并做相应的测试，另外对备件库存提出优化意见
•Assist maintenance supervisor to evaluate and optimize equipment inspection
定期对负责的生产设备巡视检查，及时纠正简单问题并记录上报复杂问题给主管，协助主管对设备的点检进行评估和优化
•Spare part house management, include parts purchase/storage/consumption, keep parts in order and daily 5s etc. monthly parts consumption checking with finance dept. and prepare purchase plan for next month.
负责备件库的管理，包括常用备件采购、入库及出库，备件日常整理及库房5S等，每月核算库存消耗及次月采购计划。
•Attendance management, include daily working time and dinner statistics
考勤管理，包括每日人员出勤时间统计及信息录入，人员报餐等
