Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Responsible for accounts receivable accounting and dynamic tracking, and prepare weekly accounts receivable statements on time.
负责应收账款核算及动态跟踪，按时编制应收账款周报表。
2. Responsible for accounts payable accounting to ensure the accuracy of relevant financial data.
负责应付账款账务核算，确保账务数据准确无误。
3. Complete daily product and project cost accounting work for vacuum cleaner brush head production.
负责吸尘器刷头产品及项目日常成本核算工作。
4. Complete declaration of various government statistical statements as required.
按要求完成各项政府统计报表申报工作。
5. Undertake company daily bookkeeping and basic financial accounting work.
负责公司日常记账及基础账务处理工作。
6. Assist financial manager in monthly closing, prepare monthly cost statements and basic cost analysis reports.
协助财务经理完成月度结账工作，出具月度成本报表及基础成本分析资料。
7. Check warehouse material receiving and delivery documents regularly, cooperate with production and warehouse departments to complete inventory counting, and follow up abnormal cost problems.
定期核对仓库物料出入库单据，配合生产、仓库部门完成盘点，跟进处理成本异常问题。
8. Cooperate with internal and external financial audits, and complete other temporary financial tasks assigned by the management.
配合内外部财务审计工作，完成上级安排的其他财务临时工作。
Job Requirements 任职要求
1. Junior college degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
大专及以上学历，会计、财务等相关专业。
2. More than 2 years manufacturing cost accounting working experience; candidates with vacuum cleaner accessories industry experience are preferred.
2年及以上制造业成本会计工作经验，有吸尘器配件行业从业经验者优先。
3. Proficient in Office software and Kingdee financial system, familiar with domestic manufacturing financial accounting standards.
熟练使用办公软件及金蝶财务系统，熟悉国内制造业财务核算规范。
4. Good communication skills, able to communicate smoothly with production, warehouse and purchasing departments.
具备良好沟通能力，可顺畅对接生产、仓库及采购部门。
5. Recognize one-year fixed-term contract nature and accept non-renewal upon contract expiry.
认可一年固定期限合同性质，接受合同到期不予续签。
