工作描述:
RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作职责但不限于
• 承接销售团队完成接单后的后续跟进工作,推动DV项目及其他项目的顺利执行
Take over post-order follow-up from the sales team to facilitate smooth execution of DV projects and other projects
• 负责项目报价单的制作、审核及发送,确保及时准确
Prepare, review, and send project quotations in a timely and accurate manner
• 维护及更新业务管理系统中的项目信息,确保数据准确性及实时性
Maintain and update project information in the business management system to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
• 审核项目材料完整性;如发现材料缺失,及时与客户沟通,跟进补交
Review completeness of project materials; proactively communicate with clients to follow up on any missing documents
• 协调内部各部门(技术、销售)的工作进度,监控项目里程碑,确保按时交付
Coordinate workflow among internal departments (technical, sales); monitor project milestones to ensure on-time delivery
• 负责向客户发送最终测试报告,并跟进客户确认及反馈
Send final test reports to clients and follow up on client confirmation and feedback
• 作为客户与公司之间的主要沟通桥梁,及时回应客户关于项目进度的咨询
Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and the company; respond promptly to client inquiries regarding project status
• 负责项目文档的归档,确保所有文件完整存档
Archive project documents and ensure all files are properly filed and stored
• 协助完成账单确认等行政事务,并承接其他临时指派的工作任务
Assist with billing confirmation and other administrative tasks; handle other ad hoc assignments as required

• 教育:大专及以上学历,项目管理、商务管理、供应链或相关专业优先
Education: Associate Degree or above; major in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 经验:1-3年项目协调或客户服务工作经验,有第三方检测行业经验者优先
Experience: 1-3 years of project coordination or customer service experience; experience in the third-party testing industry a strong plus
• 具备较强的组织与统筹能力,能够同时处理多个项目并合理排列工作优先级
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
• 以解决问题为导向,具备主动发现并处理问题的能力
Solution-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
• 优秀的书面及口头沟通能力,具备良好的客户服务意识
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service orientation
• 熟练使用Microsoft Office(Outlook、Word、Excel、SharePoint)及业务管理系统
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and business management systems
• 良好的英语读写能力,能处理基础英文邮件及文件者优先
Good English reading and writing skills; ability to handle basic English emails and documents a plus
• 具备良好的跨部门协作能力,能在任务导向/流程驱动的工作环境中胜任
