岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1.负责日常业务数据、运营数据、市场数据、分类整理、标准化录入与校验，杜绝数据错误、缺失，维护数据台账与数据库，保证数据源头真实有效.
Be responsible for the comprehensive collection, classified sorting, operation data, market data and industry data, eliminate data errors and omissions, maintain data ledgers and databases, and ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of data sources.
2.协助质量工程师对质量问题的跟踪;
Support QE to follow up quality issue at customer site
3.协助制定数据统计规范、数据分析标准，优化数据统计流程，提升数据处理效率与数据分析质量.
Assist in formulating data statistics specifications and data analysis standards, optimize data statistics processes, improve data processing efficiency and data analysis quality.
4.协助内部包装邮寄送样,跟踪接收情况
Support samples deliver and following up quality status of samples during program launch. And feed back to company once any issue happen.
5.具备较强的学习能力，能快速适应公司业务需求，熟练掌握各类数据统计规则
Have strong learning ability, can quickly adapt to the company's business needs, and master various data statistics rules proficiently
6.协助售后客户质量工程师做好发票及账务日常事宜
        Assist the after-sales customer quality engineer in handling daily matters related to invoices and accounting.
7.及时应对客户及主管处理公司其他事项
Obey customer and leader’s assignment for company other issu

1.个人交际能力好，口头表达能力好,对人有礼貌，懂得一定的关系处理,或处理经验丰富,具有一定的人格魅力,***印象好能给客户信任;
Good personal communication skills, good oral expression ability, polite to people, have rich experience to set up well relationship to get customer’s trust
2.头脑灵活,现场应变能力好,能够到现场利用现场条件立时解决问题;
Have good site strain capacity to deal with customer’s complain immediately base on resource in customer ‘s field
3.工作态度良好,热情,积极主动,能及时为客户服务,不计较个人得失,有奉献精神;
Good working attitude, enthusiasm, initiative, timely service for the customer, don't care about personal gain and loss, have the dedication;
4.有一定的书写能力,会使用电脑,Office办公软件熟练；
Have certain writing ability, can use the computer, Office and simple operation, daily need to submit report through the network;
5.具备数据处理逻辑思维
Possess logical thinking skills for data processing
