Main tasks:主要职责
1. 积极参与EHS活动中，为及时改善EHS、5S问题提供支持，确保符合EHS法规及体系要求，并对EHS相关的活动持续改进，确保0事故。Take an active part in EHS activites, support production team to improve EHS, 5S timely, to meet requirements of EHS laws, regulations and system, continue to improve EHS to achieve the goal of 0 incident.
2. 团队合作，在新工具、新设备（包括但不限于自动化加工、装配、焊接等设备）、机器人的测试与引进，以及相关的研发活动的推进，编制技术方案、可行性报告，参与设备选型调研，并制定验收标准，主导设备落地实施。Lead Implementation of automation equipment, work with team to test and introduce new tools, equipments and machines, such as automation equipment or robot for machining, assembly and welding. Prepare feasibility report, technical agreement and acceptance criteria to support new equipment investigate and study.
3. 负责公司QEHS的体系文件、制造工艺文件的编制、并对生产部门进行指导与培训，并对现场异常问题及时解决。Prepare QEHS and manufacturing process documents, instruct and train production team, trouble shooting timely.
4. 持续改进生产线、新工艺、设备、工装夹具的规划及设计，布局优化等，以不断寻求改善EHS，质量、降本增效的机会，并为产线做好技术支持。Continue to improve production line, new processes, equipment, fixture and layout, etc., operate in pursuit of continuous opportunities to improve EHS, quality, reduce costs and improve efficiency, support production team to carry out improvements.
5. 支持研发活动。Support research and development activities.

Must 必备的资格或技能
1. 完全遵守公司各类规章制度，完全遵守公司有关EHS管理的规定并严格执行。Comply fully with company rules and regulations, EHS management requirements.
2. 熟练使用office办公，AUTO CAD, Solid Works 等机械制图、3D制图软件。Skilled in office, AUTO CAD, Solid Works or other drawing software.
3. 热爱学习、 良好的沟通和协调能力，良好的职业素养及团队合作精神。Good at learning, communication, coordination, professional quality and team work.
4. 具有熟练的英语读、写、听能力。Good reading, writing, listening and spoken english.
5. 在制造方面具备良好的知识和经验。Good experience and knowledge in manufacturing.

Preferred    具备以下技能更好
1. 具有在压力容器/机械设备等制造行业从事技术工作的经验。Have technical experience in pressure vessel or mechanical equipment manufacturing.
