­岗位职责：
Responsible for the end-to-end management of new project packaging solutions, including design development, proofing verification, and optimal packaging material selection based on product characteristics to achieve a balanced approach between compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
­ 负责新项目包装方案的全流程管理，包括方案设计、打样验证，结合产品特性完成最优包装选型，实现适配性与成本效益的双重平衡。
­ Coordinate with suppliers to conduct a review of incoming packaging solutions to ensure they meet the company's quality, logistics, and production requirements.
­ 对接供应商开展来料包装方案评审，确保其符合公司质量、物流及生产作业要求。
­ Oversee the planning and optimization of production line-side storage locations, flow rack layouts, and in-plant logistics routes to improve material flow efficiency and space utilization.
­ 统筹生产线边库位、流利架布局及厂内物流路径的规划与优化，提升物料流转效率与空间利用率。
­ Develop standardized packaging solutions for in-plant injection-molded parts, compile and is-sue Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize on-site operation processes.
­ 制定厂内注塑件标准化包装方案，编制并下发作业指导书（SOP），规范现场作业流程。
­ Responsible for the daily maintenance and update of the Production Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring the accuracy and consistency of production data.
­ 负责生产物料清单（BOM）的日常维护与更新，保障生产数据的准确性与一致性。
­ Complete the calculation of investment quantities for in-plant and off-plant returnable contai-ners and fixtures, establish a full lifecycle control mechanism, and realize the efficient utiliza-tion and cost control of returnable assets.
­ 完成厂内、厂外周转料箱及器具的投入量测算，建立全生命周期管控机制，实现周转资产的高效利用与成本管控。
­ Other tasks asigned by superior.

任职资格：
－ College degree or above, with a background in logistics and supply chain
大专学历及以上，物流供应链方面背景
－ At least 5 years experience in packaging or logistic planning in manufacturing environment
至少5年汽车零部件制造环境中的包装或物流规划经验
－ Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills and highly customer oriented
良好的人际交往、沟通和协调能力，高度以客户为导向
－ Basic Business English in verbal and written
具备商务英语口语及书面基础能力
－ Strong team player, pro-active, able to work under stressful environment and able to work inde-pendently
具有较强的团队合作精神，积极主动，能够在压力环境下工作，能够独立工作
－ Be familiar with SAP system
熟悉SAP系统
