1.相关类目待开发新产品进行详细特性，确定新产品的开发指标；

2.辅导新供应商及新产品推进各类SOP建设，并执行外购件的APQP与PPAP流程；
Assist new suppliers and new products in implementing various SOPs, and execute APQP & PPAP for purchased components；
3.负责辅导供应商推动达成率提升及来料品质管理；
Responsible for coaching suppliers to promote achievement rate improvement and output material quality management；
4.负责协助产品开发对新产品进行技术交流及外购品业务客诉协助处理。
Responsible for assisting product development, conducting technical exchanges for new products, and handling customer complaints related to purchasing products.
知识要求 Knowledge Requirement
1、本科以上学历，工科背景优先；英文流利；
Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background is preferred; Fluent in English.
2. 5年以上供应商品质开发相关工作经验；具备跨国项目合作背景。
More than 5 years of experience in supplier quality development; having a background in cross-border project cooperation.

了解ISO9001、IATF16949等质量管理体系，熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC的相关流程和要求。
Understand quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and be familiar with the relevant processes and requirements of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.

熟悉冲压、机械加工等制造工艺，能够阅读技术图纸；具备供应商审核与评估技能。 Familiar with manufacturing processes such as stamping and machining, and able to read technical drawings; skilled in conducting supplier audits and assessments.
