该岗位作为销售工程师，负责为销售团队及客户提供技术支持与解决方案，同时参与项目推进及客户沟通，支持业务目标达成并提升客户满意度。
The position acts as a sales engineer, providing technical support and solutions to sales team and customers, participating in project execution and customer communication, and supporting business target achievement.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
• 为客户提供产品选型、技术方案及相关支持
Provide product selection and technical solution support to customers
• 参与客户技术沟通，理解需求并提供解决方案
Participate in technical communication with customers and identify requirements
• 协助销售团队推进项目，包括方案准备及技术支持
Support sales team in project execution including proposal preparation
• 参与报价、技术文件准备及相关资料整理
Prepare quotations, technical documents and related materials
• 跟进项目进展，协调内部资源确保项目顺利推进
Follow up project progress and coordinate internal resources
• 协助处理客户反馈及售后技术支持
Support customer feedback handling and after-sales technical support
• 收集市场及产品应用信息，支持业务改进
Collect market and application information to support business improvement
• 上级经理分配的其他职责。

Know-How 知识(Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge教育背景、工作经验和业务知识等)
• 本科及以上学历，暖通、机械、环境工程等相关专业
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in HVAC, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
• 1-3年相关行业经验
1-3 years of relevant experience
• 了解空气过滤产品或暖通系统优先
Knowledge of filtration products or HVAC systems preferred
• 具备基础技术理解及学习能力
Basic technical understanding and learning capability
• 具备一定英语读写能力
Basic English reading and writing ability
